Yasemin Isler, MA, Mindfulness Studies, is a senior facilitator, teacher and mentor for mindful living across the life span, focused on cultivating resilience, stress management, emotional well being, embodied presence, wise living with balance, easing caregiver burnout. She is a senior instructor at the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion of Boston, which is affiliated with CHA and Harvard Medical School, and adjunct faculty at Lesley University Mindfulness Studies Graduate Program. Trauma sensitive, she has personal mind training of 40+ years, and 1800+ hours of advanced professional certification training. Yasemin lives with chronic illnesses and is a family caregiver. She is passionate about serving marginalized communities impacted by illness, caregiving, bereavement, grief and loss.
