Healing Gathering and Grief Circle
Led by Yasemin Isler
Personal and collective griefs are a part of the human experience. The pandemic shone the light on grief journeys that are often hidden, and amplified the impact of the grief experience at a global level.
In this safe space to turn towards grief, we will:
Honor our dead, personal and collective losses
Bring in gentle ritual, mind-body-heart awareness practices
Reflect on how loss and grief intermingle with living
Invite in full presence and meaning to life
All grief, including bereavement, approaching end-of-life, caregiving, living with illness, personal and communal losses, are welcome.
This even is hosted by CHA, Center for Mindfulness and Compassion of Boston. Registration is through CMC.
There is no cost to attend this event.
