From Your Host and Instructor:

I have been practicing mindfulness and meditation for over forty years and teaching it for over ten years, with numerous certifications, graduate degree and post graduate work in the field of Mindfulness Studies. I also bring with me a decade of working with students and clients, including in healthcare and mental health, caregiving, illness, grief, and approaching death. I will help translate concepts and processes, as an expert trainer if there is such a thing in Mindfulness. As Suzuki Roshi invited us to consider, we practice Beginner’s Mind.
