What is Here for Your Grief?
We all mourn at some point in our lives, sometimes more times than we can count or want. Our gates of grief open themselves to us sooner or later one way or another. We then think that we are grieving alone. We come to believe that somehow we are unique and alone in our sorrow and experiences, while others are still living and enjoying their lives.
When you find yourself retreating into your world, looking for answers and at the same time shutting everything else away, KNOW THIS: You are grieving in your own way. It is what your heart, body, and mind, and if you believe in it ,your soul knows how to do at this moment in time.
When you are curious about what is happening with you, what keeps coming up, or what new thing just popped its head in your grieving life, mind, body, heart - physical symptoms, thoughts, emotions, and want to figure it out along with another, this may be the time to pop your question.
