You are Welcome.
All belief systems are welcome.
All levels of mindfulness and meditation experience are welcome.
Personal and collective griefs are a part of the human experience. The pandemic highlighted grief journeys that are often hidden and amplified the impact of the grief experience at a global level.
We enter this space with tenderness and kindness in light of events that make our hearts heavy with grief, and inconsolable for all beloved individuals and communities.
In this safe space, as we turn towards grief, we:
Honor personal and collective losses
Tend difficult emotions
Practice gentle mind-body-heart awareness
Reflect on compassionate actions toward alleviating suffering
Include meditations, reflections, journaling, and conversations
Public events will be posted in CALENDAR.
