Online Workshop and Mini Retreat for Grief

Grief as Part of Loving, Living, Thriving

IDEAL FOR: All levels including beginners

Such extraordinary times of changes and shifts in what we previously knew to be our normal is part of our current reality. In light of all the grief and loss surrounding us, and the need for hope and connection, you are invited to join this live online workshop. We will share, practice, be with grief and refresh our sense of connection.

Whether your personal encounter with grief is due to loss of a loved one, changes in health, lifestyle, identifications, expectations, dreams, or anything else you may find yourself experiencing these days, you are welcome.

In this workshop, we will bring in mindfulness and compassion based practices to support the grief process, rooted in Yasemin’s work and MCCG program. Throughout the session, we will hold these dear and elemental:

• Acknowledging that grief is a normal reaction to the losses we experience;
• Respect for our grief and being with it;
• Tapping into our resources to support us through grief

We will learn techniques for
• relaxation and calm,
• working with difficult emotions,
• cultivating present moment awareness.

All grief, including bereavement, approaching end-of-life, caregiving, living with illness, personal and communal losses, are welcome

Tuition:
$80.00 – covers all the expenses of the program and supports others who cannot afford to attend

$60.00 – covers most of the expenses of the program

$40.00 – covers some of the expenses of the program
