Grief Guidance
Considering grief Support and guidance
Individual grief support and guidance is available for you through your unique grief process. First and foremost, I am here to support you, to help find a balance of two equally important things. These are being present for your grief and dealing with the new life that is now available for you. This equilibrium will most likely fluctuate as you move through your grief. Different milestones such as significant events and dates will shift the gears. Sometimes for a brief time, sometimes for a long stretch, and sometimes permanently. Grief is already transformative and you are already on your path of transformation, with or without me.
You may already know this. There is no cookie cutter approach. You and your grief experience are unique snow flakes. Suffering in loss is a universal human condition. We come to a place that is both universal and as unique as you with experience to offer what may be needed. May it serve you, support you, soothe you, gather your essence, clear your mind, mend your heart, strengthen your soul, guide you on your new path to charter new courses of your life.
Areas that we typically cover

always coupled with kindness and compassion.

2-month Intensive Release Your Grief
*I’ve been there. I hear you. When my husband died, there were many questions I was searching answers for. So, I made appointments with different experts, wise women and men, to make sense of my loss and to put me on the healing path. You need to feel the connection with the person who is staring you in the eye to walk alongside you on the path of your grief. One session can give you a sense of my approach and a few immediate tips to support you.

Please be advised that you may still require therapeutic or clinical support to help you with processing your grief. This work does not replace therapy; it may work very well in parallel, or one approach may be better than the other for you. Use your judgment or seek professional help to determine the right option(s) for you. I am happy to answer your questions.
If you determine that you may benefit from grief guidance and support, or life guidance for specific areas of your life, I am honored and delighted to work with you.
If you have specific questions, drop me a line, or we can have a one-time session to see how it may be helpful.
