Program Details

How This Group Works

All sessions meet over Zoom.

This isn’t just another drop-in group. It’s a structured, guided, and supportive space where you’ll be held through the full six-week journey.

  • One 30-Minute Private Session
    You’ll start with a one-on-one session prior to the first group meeting ,to discuss your grief, explore your current needs, and clarify how we can best move forward in the group.

  • 6 Weekly 75-Minute Group Sessions
    Each week, we’ll dive into a different aspect of grief, supported by mindfulness and compassion-based practices.

  • Group Structure
    Each session has a gentle flow:

    • Brief introduction and check-in

    • Reflective exercises and mindfulness practices

    • Group sharing (optional) and Q&A

    • Closing thoughts and resources for the week ahead

Who This Group Is For

This group is for anyone who has lost a spouse or partner, regardless of how recent the loss may be. Whether your grief is fresh or it’s been years, we welcome you.

If you’ve been told your grief may be “complicated” or have concerns about sharing in a group, please feel free to reach out. We may suggest some additional one-on-one sessions before the group to ensure the experience feels safe and supportive for you.

Pricing + How to Register:

Pricing Options:

  • Standard Rate: $425 (for households with an income over $75,000)

  • Community Rate: $350 (for households with an income under $75,000)

  • Benefactor Rate: $550 (registers you and donates $100 towards Community rates and scholarship fund)

  • No prior experience is required! All mindfulness practices will be explained, and you’ll receive simple techniques designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience.

  • Yes, absolutely. This group is for anyone who has lost a spouse or partner, no matter how recent the loss.

  • Grief doesn’t have a timeline or “finish line.” Our aim is not to fix grief but to help you move with it, process it gently, and find moments of peace amidst the storm.

  • It’s perfectly okay to not feel ready. Feel free to join the waitlist or schedule a free 15-minute call to talk through your feelings and options.

  • This group is specifically and exclusively for individuals who are currently grieving a spouse or a partner—and who are not offering grief support to others in any capacity at this time.

    If you are:

    • Offering grief support professionally or semi-professionally (e.g., therapist, coach, facilitator)

    • Sharing public grief content on social media

    • Running (or planning to run) support groups, circles, or educational events related to grief

    …this group is not the right space for you. We deeply respect the work you're doing and understand that you too carry grief—but this group is meant to be a non-professional space, where everyone is here only for their own personal grief journey. It is also not a learning and training space.
