INTRODUCTION TO THE RETREAT
Whether your personal encounter with grief is due to loss of a loved one, changes in health, lifestyle, identifications, expectations, dreams, or anything else you may find yourself experiencing these days, you are welcome. In this retreat, we will bring in mindfulness and compassion based practices to support the grief process.
Throughout the session, we will hold these dear and elemental:
• Acknowledging that grief is a normal reaction to the losses we experience;
• Respect for our grief and being with it,
• Tapping into our resources to support us through grief.
The retreat is four-hours long, including supportive breaks, structured learning and practices, and a safe space focused on your healing.
If you are inquiring about grief as an interested professional, please contact prior to signing up.
