Online and Live Community

Online and Live Community

6-week Online Gathering & Course. Starts May 16.

Grief is a part of life, an expression of love and loss. The many tentacles of grief show up in our lives, eventually. They can suffocate us at times, whilst hugging us with a new perspective for life. How do we face the unwelcome, the loss, the pain? With courage, kindness, a safe community. Each grief journey is different, with a unique song of despair, transformation and moving through the land of loss. Underneath it all, common humanity connects us.

Whether you have the opportunity to share the depths of your loss and grief in the company of others, or not, here we offer the undivided attention to be fully present to grief, as part of the normal human condition. Find meaning, investigate and practice ways for holding, being present to, and moving through, your grief.

Perhaps your grief is a direct impact of Covid19. It may have been intensified or resurfaced because of it. Perhaps your grief is due to many other reasons.

You are welcome here!
