Your Host: Yasemin Isler, MA Mindfulness Studies
Yasemin is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and mentor for mindful living across the life span. With a personal mindfulness practice of 40+ years, and over 1800 hours of teacher training, she teaches programs including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindful Self-Compassion, Mindful Schools, workplace and leadership training.
Yasemin has developed and leads programs for Parenting, Living with Illness & Caregiving, and for Grief (MCCG) through the lenses of mindfulness and compassion. Grief educator/guide, integrative thanatologist, end-of-life doula and hospice volunteer, she lives with a chronic illness and is a family caregiver. Read more.
