Living with Illness with Loving Awareness

Taking the time for mental well being is equally important as finding solutions and cures.

Bringing in the balance of body-mind-heart, being in presence, loving kindness and awareness to my experience is important. Having lived through the illnesses of loved ones, and my own, I feel that this sustains me more than anything else at times when hope is dim, or cures have taken a vacation. I can still be in the stillness of my heart and presence, and gain life supporting strength and healing.

Last weekend was such a time.

When you can, remember to invite in love. Remember your preciousness.

May you be healthy. May you be well. May we all be healthy and well.
